Alisa Gutierrez was born and raised in Littleton, CO. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors in Equine Sciences and a minor in Business. Throughout her time at CSU her jobs included halter breaking weanlings and yearlings, colt breaking, and working with conditioned and rehabilitated rescues. After graduating, Alisa worked for over 2 years as an Assistant Reining Trainer at Guynn Training Center. As an Assistant Reining Trainer her responsibilities included teaching lessons for IEA, training and conditioning reiners and ranch riders, conditioning green horses, assisting at AQHA shows, and colt breaking. Alisa also has experience as a treatment technician at an equine hospital and has experience in handling colic and other injuries.

At Saddlewood Ranch LLC our goal is to help give your horse the right tools in order to have a successful relationship with you and to help guide your horse through challenges and give them confidence. We also offer a variety of horses for sale.
